3. Deletion Timeline

Acknowledgment within 3 business days; full deletion within 30 calendar days. Confirmation is provided once complete.

4. Permanent and Irreversible

Deletion is final. Accounts and data cannot be restored. Remaining balances or credits are forfeited.

5. Exceptions and Retained Data

Some data may be retained for regulatory, tax, fraud prevention, or audit purposes.

6. Temporary Deactivation

Users may deactivate instead of deleting to preserve data for later reactivation.
