This Refund Policy applies to all Thalcom Network Ltd. services, including 5G-as-a-Service, mobile core infrastructure, private networks, DID numbers, SMS/call termination, and roaming data plans.

By purchasing or topping up services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Prepaid, Pay-As-You-Go Services

All services operate on a prepaid basis. Users must deposit funds before access.

2. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including unused data, credits, or interrupted services. Dissatisfaction or network issues outside our control are not grounds for refund.

3. Account Balance Rules

Balances do not expire while accounts are active. Inactive accounts (12 months of no use) may be closed and balances forfeited.

4. Promotional or Bonus Credits

Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable and may be revoked for misuse or policy violations.

5. Billing Disputes

Disputes must be submitted to billing@thalcomnet.com within 7 calendar days of transaction with account details and description. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

6. Global Legal Compliance

This policy complies with PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other telecom laws. Refunds are only granted if required by law.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may only occur when mandated by law or approved by our billing and legal teams.

Updates will be posted at www.thalcomnet.com/refund-policy.
